1. How long are delivery times?

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked Service. 

For the UK delivery is between 2 and 3 days.

For Europe and International delivery is between 3 and 7 days.

You will be sent a tracking email once your item has been dispatched. 

 

2. Will the parcel show what's in the box?

No! We're all for making things mainstream but we also understand the need for discretion and privacy. 

All our packaging is unbranded with no hint as to what's inside.

 

3. What's your return policy?

We have a fantastic returns policy as well as a 1 year guarantee on all our products.

 4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled if it hasn't been processed and prepared for delivery. Please contact us immediately should you wish to cancel and order you have placed at hello@raspberryrebel.co.uk

 

 5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you.
